Great room, super clean rooms and the spa in our room is the bomb. A hot breakfast to and this is the hotel for you. Update we have now stayed at this facility three times and as a traveling band or equipment has been safe every time in the parking lot. Very safe great place the beds are awesome! And the breakfast is killer. This is a really great hotel for the price!
Clean rooms, great location, but the best part was the fantastic staff. We were traveling with 3 small children, and we encountered the friendliest hotel staff we ever have. Very kind front desk person checking in late at night, and Amy Jo in the breakfast area took amazing care of us, helping get the kids food, cleaning up after spilled cereal, getting us extra supplies, taking time to chat. She really went above and beyond!! The extra hour for check out & breakfast on the weekend was really nice.
My week stay was fantastic! The staff were super amazing! The room was clean, but the queen bed rooms feel real tight in space but it had everything I needed. It had a dresser and a closet, a microwave, and a TV that didnt work during my stay. Maybe I moved it or the cable wasn't working but i didnt report it because i had my own TV that i travel with for Netflix. Lol. Maybe next time I'll pay extra for the king size bed for a bit more room. The breakfast was my favorite. I loved having biscuits and gravy and their coffee was the best. The housekeeping crew are all such hardworking ladies. They deserve a raise. Overall, my stay was fantastic! The location was a plus and it was very quiet.
Room was very clean. Staff very friendly and pleasant and helpful. I arrived early and they were able to accommodate me and check me in. Rates are very reasonable. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.
We stayed here a week and absolutely loved our stay! Staff is always helpful and friendly. Huge room with a desk, fridge, chair, closet.Breakfast daily was great, with good variety. Recommend staying here! We will come back. Thank you for a great experience.
Our check-in clerk was Chris. She was very pleasant and efficient as were all other staff the next morning. This Sleep Inn is very clean and welcoming as you enter. There are steps or elevator, your choice. Hallways are clean & well maintained (we were on the second level). The room was spacious, clean and inviting with nice sized windows for natural light. I suspect there are a lot of work crews that may stay here also as we noticed the trucks in the parking lot. Nice to keepthe staff busy. As snowbirds, we find it conveniently located as we pass through Columbus. We ran our fan on low for a noise buffer and found it blended nicely with any street noise that may get through. Beds were very comfortable and we were able to get a great night’s sleep. There was breakfast included to send us on our way in the morning. The usual fare, but if you leave hungry, that’s on you! It’s a great price point, convenient, safe and very comfortable. We will definitely be back!
No complaints. We were very tired after a long and hot and busy day; right next door was a bar and grill. We found the location easy to find, parking ample, check in quick and friendly, and the room was cozy. We found the price to be fair. (About $80 in Sept of 2024) Free breakfast included scrambled eggs, hard-boiled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, hot and cold cereal, waffles, fruits, yogurt, coffee, juice, tea, milk
